 Get To Know Your Neighbor
In 2005, Dominion bought the Brayton Point power plant in Somerset and the Salem Harbor plant Salem from Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E). These are two of the most polluting power plants in Massachusetts, and Brayton Point was the largest emitter of global warming pollution in the entire Northeast as of 2004 (Madsen, Travis. More Heat Than Light. July 2005).
