Take the Pledge

I hereby pledge to abstain from purchasing any of Dominion’s retail electricity products until they become a 21 st century energy company who invests in renewable energy technology and supports a cap on global warming emissions that will achieve 80% reductions by 2050.

As a conscientious consumer, I have the right to choose what kind of practices I support with my hard earned dollars. By taking this pledge, I urge Dominion to begin focusing on smart energy solutions that include conservation, energy efficiency, and renewable energy rather than continuing down the dirty energy path of coal and nuclear energy.

It is our responsibility to cut global warming emissions now, not just for future generations, but also to protect our current environment and public health.
